Cup Cost The headline cost of each cup excluding cleaning/preparation time etc.

Direct A manufacturer who will directly with the end user – providing machine, drinks and technical support

First Time Fix The measure of on-site repair effectiveness. First time fix records the proportion of technical errors that are solved on the first visit by an engineer

Hybrid A machine that incorporates both an in-cup system and a ground coffee option.

In-Cup A system that has exactly the right quantity of ingredients sealed in the cup – water is added by the machine.

Linking Machine programming that allows multiple stacks of the same drink to be linked to prevent frequent ‘drink not available’ messages appearing.
