What’s your first-time-fix record?

Don’t be fobbed off with technician response time guarantees here. There’s little point in a technician turning up at your premises within, let’s say the agreed 8 hour response time, looking at the machine briefly and then telling you he hasn’t got the parts to fix the machine and they’ll need to be ordered.  You don’t just want this to be a box ticking exercise. You want to know that 9 times out of 10, the technician arrives when he says he’ll arrive and has the training, skill and parts to be able to get your machine up and running in the same visit.
