You want convenience – not just in the vending of drinks or stocking and cleaning the machine, but also when it comes to ordering, general enquiries, machine servicing or invoicing. One call really should do it all. And don’t forget to ask how they measure customer service and provide evidence of exactly how existing customers rate the company you’re investigating.

...what if they are crap at everything - isn't the problem with signing a contract with one supplier that does it all that you are in their hands
